The house has a two-bedroom apartment upstairs. The garden, lounge and pool are shared. The studio includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and a full bathroom. The separate suite has its own entrance, a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an additional toilet. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV in the studio and a smart TV with streaming services in the suite. Three cots and a high chair are available on request. Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden, saltwater pool, open and covered terraces, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue, with access through an automatic gate. The property is about 10 minutes from a river beach and just over 15 minutes from the coastal beaches. A visit to the Temple of Santa Luzia in Viana do Castelo is recommended. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 per stay), but must stay off beds and sofas. Stag and hen parties, birthday parties and any other events or parties are not allowed. The property is in a residential area, so outdoor noise is not permitted at night.
